Abstract
The paper examines the economic consequences of delays in corporate insolvency resolution. It discusses the impact of insolvency law on resource allocation, borrowing costs, innovation, investment and economic growth and highlights the importance of an effective insolvency framework. The study also examines the time required for insolvency resolution and the significance of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in reducing delays.
