Abstract
The article reflects on the development of peer-reviewed literature on digital labour through scientometric analysis of documents indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. Using Bibliometrix in R Studio, 623 documents were analysed for performance and thematic development. The study identifies the growth of research around the internet, social media, digital labour, remote work and the gig economy, while highlighting concerns regarding working conditions and the future of labour organizations.
